Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use Synthoramotion.

By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and regulations.

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Service.

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate account information;
• maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
• activity conducted through your account; and
• notifying Synthoramotion if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must not sell, transfer, share, or otherwise misuse access to your account in a manner that creates fraud, security, or abuse risks.

Synthoramotion may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, other users, third parties, or the integrity of the platform.

Synthoramotion provides AI-powered and media-processing tools that may include image transformation, face swapping, video transformation, enhancement, talking avatars, lip synchronisation, AI-generated video, and related functionality.

AI-generated or AI-modified results may not always be accurate, realistic, complete, suitable, unique, or error-free.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on, publishing, distributing, or commercially using them.

Synthoramotion does not guarantee that a particular output will be unique or that similar outputs will not be generated for another user.

“User Content” means images, videos, audio, text, scripts, prompts, files, and other material that you upload or submit to the Service.

You retain your rights in your User Content.

You grant Synthoramotion a limited, non-exclusive right to host, transmit, reproduce, store, and process User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and support the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, licences, and consents necessary to upload and process your User Content.

Uploading content to Synthoramotion does not transfer ownership of that content to Synthoramotion.

You may only upload or process media that you own or are legally authorised to use.

Where media contains another person’s face, voice, likeness, identity, or other personal characteristics, you are responsible for ensuring that you have any consent or legal authority required for the intended use.

You must not use Synthoramotion to create deceptive or harmful impersonations or otherwise violate another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, contractual, or other legal rights.

You must not use Synthoramotion to create, upload, process, distribute, facilitate, or promote content or activity involving:

• fraud, scams, phishing, or identity theft;
• deceptive impersonation intended to mislead, defraud, manipulate, or cause harm;
• non-consensual intimate or sexual content;
• sexual exploitation or abuse;
• any sexual content involving minors;
• harassment, threats, stalking, or targeted abuse;
• unlawful discrimination or exploitation;
• malicious manipulation intended to defraud or deceive;
• infringement of copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• illegal goods, services, or activities;
• malware, credential theft, unauthorised system access, or other cybersecurity abuse;
• attempts to bypass, disable, interfere with, or circumvent platform safeguards or security controls; or
• content or activity prohibited by applicable law.

Synthoramotion may remove content, restrict generations, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, legal obligations, security risks, or violations of these Terms.

Subject to applicable law and the rights of third parties, Synthoramotion does not claim ownership of outputs generated specifically for you through the Service.

Your ability to claim copyright or other intellectual-property rights in AI-generated or AI-modified content may vary depending on your jurisdiction and the nature of the output.

You are responsible for determining whether you possess the rights required for your intended use of an output.

Synthoramotion does not guarantee that outputs will be free from resemblance to existing material, third-party rights, or other legal restrictions.

Synthoramotion does not use your private uploaded media or generated outputs for public advertising, public marketing, or AI model training merely because you used the Service.

If Synthoramotion wishes to use customer content for promotional, testimonial, research, training, or other purposes beyond what is necessary to provide the Service, separate permission or consent will be obtained where required.

Synthoramotion operates using a credit-based system.

Different tools may consume different amounts of credits depending on the type, duration, or processing requirements of the operation requested.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• unused credits roll over;
• purchased top-up credits do not expire while the account remains active;
• subscription allocations are added to the existing credit balance rather than replacing it; and
• credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts unless Synthoramotion expressly provides that functionality.

Credit pricing and usage rates may change prospectively.

Changes will not retroactively remove credits already granted to an account.

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not ordinarily cancel the current paid billing period.

You may continue using your account and remaining credits after subscription cancellation while the account remains active.

Any future change to subscription pricing will apply prospectively and will be communicated where required by applicable law.

Credit top-ups are one-time purchases that add credits to your existing balance.

Top-up credits do not replace your existing credits and do not expire while your account remains active, unless applicable law requires otherwise or a different condition is expressly disclosed before purchase.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

Synthoramotion does not directly store full payment-card details where those details are handled directly by the payment provider.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorise applicable charges when completing a purchase.

A payment is not considered successfully completed until it has been confirmed through the appropriate payment-verification process.

Except where required by applicable law, payments are generally non-refundable once the relevant subscription allocation, credit purchase, or digital service has been successfully delivered.

Refunds may be considered where there is:

• a duplicate charge;
• a confirmed billing error;
• an unauthorised transaction that has been appropriately reported and verified; or
• another circumstance in which applicable law requires a refund.

Credits consumed by a generation that fails before successful processing may be restored according to Synthoramotion’s existing credit-handling system.

A failed generation does not automatically entitle a user to a cash refund where the associated credits have been restored.

Synthoramotion aims to provide reliable access to the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Certain functionality depends on third-party infrastructure, AI providers, hosting providers, storage systems, payment processors, authentication providers, and other external services.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to circumstances including:

• maintenance;
• third-party outages;
• network failures;
• provider limitations;
• security incidents;
• capacity constraints; or
• events outside reasonable control.

Synthoramotion may modify, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

Synthoramotion relies on third-party providers to perform functions that may include:

• AI and media processing;
• hosting and infrastructure;
• authentication;
• data storage;
• payments;
• security and monitoring; and
• other technical services necessary to operate the platform.

Your use of certain features may therefore involve processing by those providers.

Where applicable, those providers may operate under their own contractual, security, and privacy obligations.

Except for User Content and third-party materials, Synthoramotion and its licensors retain all applicable rights in the Service, including its software, interfaces, trademarks, branding, design systems, documentation, and proprietary technology.

You may not unlawfully copy, reverse engineer, reproduce, resell, scrape, distribute, or exploit protected portions of the Service except where expressly authorised or permitted by applicable law.

Synthoramotion may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

• material or repeated violations of these Terms;
• fraud or payment abuse;
• harmful or illegal activity;
• misuse of AI identity or media tools;
• threats to platform or user security; or
• legal or regulatory requirements.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, reasonable notice may be provided.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Account closure may result in loss of access to remaining credits, stored files, outputs, and account history after applicable retention periods.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

AI outputs may contain errors, artefacts, unexpected results, or inaccuracies.

Synthoramotion does not guarantee that:

• every generation will succeed;
• outputs will be suitable for every purpose;
• outputs will be legally protectable;
• outputs will not resemble existing content; or
• the Service will always operate without interruption.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Synthoramotion will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from or relating to use of the Service.

This may include, where legally permitted, loss of profits, business, opportunities, data, reputation, or anticipated savings.

Any limitation contained in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Synthoramotion may update these Terms as the Service evolves or where legal, security, operational, or commercial requirements change.

The effective date displayed at the top of this page will identify the current version.

Where a material change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, Synthoramotion will provide it.

The Service is operated under the business name Synthoramotion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights or protections available to you under the law of your own country of residence.
