Privacy Policy

Effective date

This Privacy Policy explains how Synthoramotion collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use its website, applications, AI-powered media tools, and related services.

By using Synthoramotion, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use Synthoramotion, we may collect the following categories of information.

Account Information

This may include:

  • name or display name;
  • email address;
  • authentication identifiers;
  • account preferences;
  • account role;
  • subscription status;
  • credit balance; and
  • account activity.

User Content

When you use creative tools, we may process:

  • images;
  • videos;
  • audio;
  • scripts;
  • prompts;
  • uploaded files;
  • generated media; and
  • information associated with generation requests.

Transaction Information

We may process information relating to:

  • subscriptions;
  • credit purchases;
  • transaction references;
  • payment status;
  • purchased amounts;
  • billing currency; and
  • related payment metadata.

Payment-card information may be collected directly by the relevant payment processor rather than by Synthoramotion.

Technical and Usage Information

We may collect information such as:

  • IP address;
  • browser or device information;
  • operating system;
  • security events;
  • authentication activity;
  • request metadata;
  • error information;
  • feature usage; and
  • service logs.

This information may be used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the Service.

How We Use Information

We use information where reasonably necessary to:

  • create and manage accounts;
  • authenticate users;
  • process uploaded media;
  • generate requested outputs;
  • maintain generation history;
  • calculate and manage credits;
  • process subscriptions and purchases;
  • prevent fraud and abuse;
  • secure accounts and infrastructure;
  • investigate errors;
  • provide support;
  • enforce our Terms of Service;
  • comply with legal obligations; and
  • maintain the reliability and functionality of the Service.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, processing may rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, compliance with legal obligations, or another lawful basis available under applicable law.

AI and Media Processing

When you request an AI-powered or media-processing feature, information necessary to fulfil that request may be transmitted to third-party AI or media-processing providers.

Only information reasonably necessary to perform the requested operation should be transmitted.

Those providers may process information under applicable contractual, technical, security, and privacy obligations.

No Automatic Training or Marketing Use

Synthoramotion does not use private customer uploads or generated outputs for public advertising, public marketing materials, or AI model training merely because a customer used the Service.

Where another use of customer content requires permission or consent, that permission or consent will be requested separately where required.

How Information Is Shared

Information may be shared with service providers that assist Synthoramotion with functions including:

  • cloud hosting;
  • data storage;
  • authentication;
  • AI and media processing;
  • payments;
  • security;
  • monitoring;
  • communications; and
  • technical support.

These providers receive information only as reasonably necessary for the services they perform.

Information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to:

  • comply with applicable law;
  • respond to valid legal process;
  • protect users or the public;
  • investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
  • enforce legal rights; or
  • protect Synthoramotion and its infrastructure.

Synthoramotion does not sell personal information to advertisers.

Payments

Payments are processed using third-party payment infrastructure.

Synthoramotion may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, currency, and related metadata required to confirm a purchase, grant credits, and maintain billing records.

Sensitive financial credentials handled directly by a payment processor are subject to that provider’s own security and privacy practices.

Storage and Retention

User Content, outputs, account information, and generation history may be retained while your account remains active and while reasonably necessary to provide the Service.

Information may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary for:

  • security;
  • fraud prevention;
  • dispute resolution;
  • transaction records;
  • regulatory requirements;
  • legal obligations;
  • backups; or
  • enforcement of agreements.

Where information is no longer reasonably required, it may be deleted or anonymised subject to applicable technical, legal, and operational requirements.

Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by writing to legal@synthoramotion.com.

Some information may need to be retained after an account-deletion request where reasonably necessary or legally required for:

  • payment and accounting records;
  • fraud prevention;
  • security;
  • legal claims;
  • regulatory compliance; or
  • other lawful obligations.

Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove information from protected backups, which may remain temporarily according to normal backup and recovery cycles.

International Processing

Synthoramotion may use service providers operating in different countries.

As a result, information may be processed outside the country in which you reside.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers of personal information, appropriate contractual, technical, organisational, or other lawful safeguards should be used.

Security

Synthoramotion uses reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information.

These measures may include:

  • access controls;
  • authentication;
  • database security controls;
  • restricted storage;
  • encryption in transit;
  • server-side credential handling;
  • monitoring;
  • logging; and
  • least-privilege access practices.

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

Users are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials.

Children

Synthoramotion is intended only for users aged 18 or older.

The Service is not directed to children, and users under the age of 18 are not permitted to create or use an account.

If Synthoramotion becomes aware that personal information has been collected from a person who is not eligible to use the Service, appropriate steps may be taken to remove that information and terminate the associated account.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, applicable law may provide rights concerning your personal information, including rights to:

  • access;
  • correction;
  • deletion;
  • restriction;
  • objection;
  • portability;
  • withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; and
  • complain to an appropriate data-protection authority.

These rights may be subject to applicable legal limitations, exceptions, or identity-verification requirements.

Requests may be submitted to legal@synthoramotion.com.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Synthoramotion may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies where necessary for:

  • authentication;
  • account sessions;
  • security;
  • user preferences;
  • application functionality; and
  • performance.

Synthoramotion does not currently use optional advertising or analytics technologies.

If optional analytics, advertising, or similar technologies are introduced in the future, any additional notice or consent mechanism required by applicable law should be implemented before those technologies are activated.

Our Cookie Policy lists every cookie and browser-storage key the Service actually sets, and what each one is for.

Automated Systems

Synthoramotion’s AI tools process information automatically to produce media outputs requested by users.

These creative-generation processes are not intended to make legal or similarly significant decisions about users.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Synthoramotion may update this Privacy Policy as the Service, infrastructure, operational practices, or legal requirements evolve.

The effective date at the top of the page will identify the latest version.

Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
